Speedster 10 sizing help (6’3”, 35.5” inseam)

Hey everyone,

I’m looking at getting a Scott Speedster 10, but I’m really confused about sizing. I’m 6’3ish (189 cm) with a 35.5” inseam (about 90 cm). The online reviews are all over the place. Some people say the Speedsters run big, others say the sizing is normal. My local shops don’t have any in stock, so I can’t test ride either size.

I’m stuck between a size L and XL. If anyone with similar measurements has experience with these frames, I’d love to hear what worked for you.

I’m also upgrading from a hybrid with a 3x8 Shimano Altus setup, so this is a decent jump for me. Not sure if paying the extra $300 for 105 is worth it, or if I should save that money, go with Tiagra, and put it toward a professional fit and maybe some extra gear.

Would appreciate any advice.
