2013 Lexus rx450h- 98k miles

Hi, I’m hoping to get some insight on pricing for a 2013 RX450h (v6, 3.5 liter, auto cvt, assembled in Japan) with 98k miles, privately owned and accident free (clean car fax). KBB lists the private party range at $11k–$13.8k. Would this range be considered fair for a 13 year old car? For anyone who’s owned this model, how has the reliability been, and are there any unusual maintenance considerations I should be aware of? Do safety features deteriorate with time? This would be my first car and used for family driving (I have a young toddler), so any advice is appreciated.
