How to find a doorman for a hotel sex party?

I’ve been trying but haven’t had luck finding a doorman for an upcoming hotel sex party.

Long story short it’s happening in a nice part of town in a very nice hotel, but of course they need keycards for the elevator. Overall for this event I’d rather have 10-15 guys come fuck me than be ass up and take endless dick. But I’m still aware not everyone will show up on time.

How much should I offer to pay? I posted on Doublelist but not sure if there’s anywhere else to look?
