Have i messed up?

I have no clue about anything to do with ucas to be honest. I’m currently studying my A levels of which to be completed in 2026.

However i’m planning on doing a gap year. What i’m worried about is not having a reference on my application once i have left my sixth form or that there were other steps which should’ve been completed this year which will prevent me from applying next year.

The reason for me not applying was to do with the fact i’ve had extremely bad motivation and stress over my a levels i pushed it away to do next year once i know what grades i have for sure, rather than me worrying tons about my grades this year.
