Is my sister a Q person?

I first learned about Q from the MAX documentary. I then joined this subreddit out of curiosity. Over time I've come to realize that my sister is probably one of these weirdos. Red/yellow flags I've noticed over time:

• She voluntarily brought up out of nowhere that she thinks Lady Gaga has a penis (which is hilarious because Lady Gaga doesn't give a shit about people saying this)
• She said the same thing about Michelle Obama
• She does not eat gluten because she thinks it's harmful. She is not celiac.
• She is a staunch antivaxxer.
• Her boyfriend is a very vocal COVID denier. His brother went to the hospital for COVID and he still doesn't think it exists. My sister did not say anything when he said this, which makes me wonder if she secretly agreed with it.
• When she found out I went to a no Kings Protest, she called me to yell at me and lecture me about how I shouldn't have been there
• Over time she has gotten more and more gaslighty, nasty and unhinged like my parents.

I am the complete opposite of her politically. I'm embarrassed to be related.

Are these all signs of a Q follower, like I am thinking?
