Leaves backing up into toilet from new house septic system?

I just had a home built, and it has me absolutely worn out with issues.

The new home has a newly installed septic system. I have never used a toilet in the house, but I recently have started to find old pieces of leaves and debris coming up into one of the toilets - and the whole thing becoming clogged when flushed. It takes a long time to drain (10+ mins).

I have scheduled a sewer scope for Friday to see if they can diagnose the issue. Any thoughts or experience with a new build septic issue?
