Waiting to hear back from interviewer

So I had an interview that seemed to go pretty well on November 21st. Bc of the holidays, they said I would receive an answer today (Dec 1st). There’s usually a time frame they respond in and their office is close to closing time. It’s frustrating and I’m like if I got it I feel like they’d email me quickly. Ugh
