Birthday gift restock?

Hey all, I saw someone else post similarly about this a few weeks ago but I cant find the thread. Sephora literally has TWO birthday gifts for December babies in stock. That's crazy, today is Dec 1...the start of the birthday month. I'm not Dec but my mom is, she called me going "how do i do this? Today is the FIRST and they emailed me to pick something but its not letting me??" Shes new-ish to sephora and the whole online beauty retail thing. English isn't even her first language, i felt so so bad because she thought she got on early enough and then thought she did something wrong or didnt qualify.

Anyway, she prefers the haus labs blush and lip duo and mario and amika are the only two options. Anyone or workers know if the options are available or differnt in store? If the site restocks at a certain point?

I feel so bad for the Dec babies if this is the norm, to be out of everything by the time your month even rolls around and everything gets clumped in with the holidays. Sephora should get it together and increase inventory if they're selling out that quickly. With increased accounts and market take over also comes increased sales...especially this time of year. They can afford to stock their "free birthday samples" by the start of a month. Come on. Way to make your customers and reward members feel like garbage. "I get the left overs". If that's the case, issue everyone a birthday reward at the beginning of the year and let ppl off to the races until things are OOS. No one chooses when they're born.

Anyway that's my rant on that. It just upsets me because my Mom contributes, spends so much money at that store buying ME things for holidays and birthdays, and the one time shes excited about something her for...its just a trash experience. Her, and all the Dec babies. Such a lame experience. I hope to take her in store but I dont wanna waste and afternoon and drive 20miles for no reason. Thanks in advance to any replies!
