week 2 of the breakup

i’m on week 2 of my breakup after 4 years together and being engaged. he randomly broke up with me 8 months ago, leading to the end of our engagement. i tried to give our relationship a chance, but never felt like i could commit to marriage again. in the end we broke up bc i couldn’t trust and get my feelings back to where they were before. any tips on how to move on? i am so sad but i know i made the right decision.
