Just set up my studio with a patch bay for the first time, experiencing weird electronic issues. Would love some help.

Hey everyone, I have just set up my first patch bay in my studio, and some issues have arisen. I want to check with you all and see if it's my fault with the electronics or if coincidentally my interface decided to shit the bed within a few weeks of setting up the new studio.

First, the problem: my Apollo twin decides to randomly turn itself off whenever it feels like. usually happens once or twice a day. Also, I bought a DBX compressor, set it up, and left the studio. my studio mate ran a session and then in the morning it was fried, wouldn't turn on at all. I never had these problems until this new studio. I've had the Apollo since 2021.

Second, here's the setup. I'll describe in detail the patch bay and the power situation. I have the behringer TRS patch bay. Every cable that's plugged into it is balanced, except for the ones going to the guitar amps. All of the gear its plugged into power conditioners, specifically the Tripp-Lite, and a Panamax. The microphone is plugged directly into an Avalon SP737, and then the Avalon into the patch bay. I power the mic with 48v from the Avalon.

Here is the patch bay configuration. the top of the patch bay is all Out channels and the bottom is all In channels. all channels are set to THRU:

2 In: UA2 Out: UA4

3 In: Avalon Out: Avalon
