Maintenance Tips

I was overweight my entire life and after COVID I let myself gain 10 lbs a year until I reached my highest weight of 230 lbs. 1.5 years ago I started walking and tracking my calories to lose weight and have lost 50 lbs. I’ve lost weight many times in my life only to regain it. This time I been trying to focus on sustainable lifelong changes and incorporate countermeasures when my weight starts to creep back up. I’m not at my goal yet but I will get there in the next year. Those who have keep the weight off for more than a year please share your strategies on staying within your goal weight.
