Rude employee at Tim Hortons (David Lam location)?

I got a cold drink there at around 10 this morning and I asked for a cup sleeve as I usually do but the lady working there gave me a look and said "cup sleeves is only for hot drinks"

I didn't have the energy to argue with her but I'm pretty sure people can ask for a cup sleeve with whatever drink they get there???? Please correct me if I'm wrong but I always get a sleeve there with my drinksss : (I searched it up too and it seems to be the case - can anyone else confirm?

After she said that, I went to grab some paper to use instead and she said "yeah use that instead" in a sarcastic sounding tone. Has anyone else dealt with this employee at this Tim's location???
