Is this a "wise" decision?

Long story short: love Lexus, love V8. Own a 2019 IS350 w/ 74k miles, USB 2.0 w/ Rioja Red interior. My car is in mint condition and I am grateful.

Enter RCF. Exhaust and V8; glorious. Find a 2015 RCF w/ 73k miles, USB 2.0 w/ Black interior. Price is good, assume payment is the same. Would you make that trade? I'd lose the collision mitigation since that isn't optioned on this particular RCF. Smaller screen which is unfortunate, but I'd probably add CarPlay down the line like I did in my IS. Would gain ML sound which I don't have in the IS.

Short of downgrading a few model years and losing some features, is there any other glaring issues that would make you wary of this?
