Does Kwesi deserve all the blame?

Discussion

First let me start by saying I am not a fan of Kwesi by any stretch, I think he should be under serious consideration to be fired at this point. However, I was listening to the Vikings fan line last night and Nordo (I think) made a point that I thought was fair to consider. One thing Kwesi always preaches is collaboration and getting input from everyone. Is it fair to blame solely him for all the failed picks when he clearly would have had significant input from KOC and coaches on each pick? It is unlikely he just went rogue and drafted guys that the staff didn’t agree to wanting.

That said, he IS completely to blame for the bad trades, and I do understand that when heads have to roll he has to shoulder much of the blame as that comes with his job title. I just thought it was a good point by Nordo to mention that if you are on the fire Kwesi train(which I am), KOC needs to be under serious pressure as well (which I was not considering before Nordo mentioned this aspect).

I see a fair amount of people wanting Kwesi gone for the bad picks but there is no mention of KOC or his staff having played a role in these selections.

Thoughts?
