Front Desk is Now Requiring a Photocopy of ID in NJ Township
I checked in to a Marriott property in New Jersey and they said that a local ordinance now requires a copy of my ID…which they copied because I had to give it to them in order to check in. I stay in this hotel 2-3 times a month so they already have a history on me.
Now, I’m kinda of weirded out. I’m going to ask for a return of the paper when I check out because I really don’t want my ID floating around.
Has anyone else’s encountered this?
