Received a diminished claim offer, need some advise

My vehicle: 2018 BMW M3, 60,000 miles - no previous accidents.

I was involved in an accident, and hit on the passenger side of my car. The repairs totaled $7,134 and resulted in front door repair, back door replacement, front and rear wheel repair, quarter repair, rocker repair, mirror repair. A few other small things.

Insurance offered me $1,000 in DV, and I’m not any bit educated on if this is a good offer. I read that my car has an average DV of $5,000 - but again I’m not sure how much I trust from Google.

Can anyone share some opinions on if I should accept or what would be more reasonable?
