Ethernet being very slow since installing wifi driver

I recently installed the wifi drivers for my motherboard and the antenna just in case but now the ethernet is running way slower than it should.

I've tried everything I can think of with restarts, disabling wifi changing the router plug and reinstalling drivers but none of its worked. I know its on my PC's end because I tested the same cord/plug with a laptop and the speeds were correct.

My motherboard is a B650m plus wifi by Asus
