Looking for toy and game suggestions

Hi all, my shiba has been a bit rambunctious especially during my work meetings, my co workers often hear him whining and barking trying to get my attention. Looking for any toy or game suggestions to keep his attention while I’m working.

For context he is a 1 year old and we live in an apartment so he does not have too much room to run around. I do take him out for an hour walk 3-4 times a day depending on how packed my workday is. He has plenty of chew toys, but I think since I’m unable to actively play with him he just stacks them by his crate and whines.
