MTX “crisis”

I’m on week 6 of mtx and fortunately it’s working, unfortunately I’ve lost 50% of the thickness of my hair.

I didn’t think I would be so attached to my hair, but it’s making my mental health deplete.

Did anyone stay on MTX and it got better? Or did you move on to something else?
