When to clear off snow from my car?

First time car owner in the north here. Just cleared off snow last weekend, and it's snowing again today. Seems like it's going to snow again on Wednesday. I won't be using my car until the end of this week. Can I wait till after Wednesday to clear off the snow or should do it after today?
