Did City of Calgaary TIPPS take a different amount out of your account today?

Yes, I'm being lazy instead of logging into my account.

Adjustments don't happen until July, but today instead of the usual amount, they took a few dollars and pennies less. I've never seen this before and I've been on TIPPS for forever.
