Is the MSI Ventus 50 series good?

Hi everyone, I am thinking about upgrading from my RTX 3070 Ti Ventus GPU to 5060 Ti/5070 and so far I was only looking at Ventus series because I was worried about other cards probably not fitting the same in my case (side note, I have never changed any graphics card so I have no idea if they all fit the same)

However, I read that Ventus series is not that good and there are other better options. I would like to ask if I should stick with this series or look at something else that might also be cheaper but better. I am mostly worried about how it will fit in the slot, my case is big so length is not an issue.

Thank you all in advance for answers, I am not tech savvy so your help is very appreciated!
