Short Shifter?

Question

I know there's a few old threads on this topic, but I'm curious if anyone has any other thoughts. I've had my '24 WRX limited since April and got a shift stop pretty much immediately. Had the billetworkz then switched that out for the Cobb. I also got the billetworkz fusion shift knob in August and that made a huge difference in how smooth the shifts feel. Now I'm thinking about a short shifter, and maybe just doing it all at once by getting a shift plate and brushing too. I've been looking at the billetworkz short shifter kit and having a body shop do the install for me (I don't trust myself after a nut fell into the abyss while i was doing the shift stop lol). Is it worth it? Should I start with one thing at a time? Or should I just do the STI short shifter etc. The only other manual car i've driven was a 2011 jeep wrangler so I don't have much experience to know how different a short shift kit will make the car feel.
