What grey market delivery services still exist?

2 years ago there were more grey market services then i could remember. I understand that legal dispensaries opened and understand the risks of grey market as well. and how OCM has been cracking down. But dispensary buds doesn't compare to locally grown flower and id rather avoid the tax especially if the qty doesnt match what id get locally.
