Mouse and Keyboard randomly start lagging out

For a while now I've had an issue with my mouse and keyboard lagging out randomly after a while. It mainly affects the keyboard, which will start by keeping the input of or simply ignoring the last key that I pressed. That quickly progresses into total unresponsiveness.

At that point, my cursor usually starts to teleport along its movement.

This only started after I replaced my laptop (Legion 5 Pro) with a desktop pc and put the laptops SSD into my desktop about a year ago, but not immediately as far as I remember.

I have no idea what causes this and already tried pretty much anything, short of a full reinstall.

I've reinstalled most of my drivers, the whole DISM-shebang (No issues detected), etc.

There are also no (other) signs suggesting malware.

If anyone could help me out, I would greatly appreciate their support.
