GMT-800 has intermittent grinding noise when accelerating/moving the wheel

2001 Yukon SLT. I used 4wd due to snow and at the end of the night, I had a grinding noise coming from the front (driver???) side. It sounds almost like wheelbearings but I just had those replaced due to grinding that was much worse. Even with 4wd off, the sound comes and goes intermittently still. I then get a vibration sensation when going over 80mph.

I'm still new at wrenching. If it's possibly the wheelbearings, I'll go back to the shop I had them done at and have it redone but what other components should I look at that could be bad.
