Need help with my phone and 2 degrees getting rid of 3G calling

Hey all just looking for some advice

The last few times I've tried to make phone calls I've been first interrupted by an automated voice message about how 2 degrees is no longer supporting 3G calls from December onward and my device may be affected (I have a Google Pixel 5). Possibly even calls to 111

Then I was just texted about it today as well. I've tried to find out if my pixel 5 can support the new 4G calling in any way but it doesn't seem like it, unless I'm mistaken? Am I going to need to upgrade phones because of this?

I could really use some advice from people more text literate than I am lol
