Normal for plastic pieces to be kinda flimsy and not securely in place?

I just got the KGBV, honestly, just worried it was damaged while shipping. The plastic covering on top of the water tank kinda moves around a lot and the filter is also not sitting securely in place.

Is this normal and I'm nitpicking or did it somehow get damaged in shipping?
