I am constantly removed from jobs

Hi everyone,

I had a question and I wonder what you guys think. I recently joined ESS and picked up a couple different districts for my list. This one district I have is very strange. I have never subbed there, but I pick up jobs for them constantly. Every time I pick up a job there, within hours or days the employee removes the absence and I am dropped from the job. Once, twice or even three times I could deal with, but this has happened about 7 or 8 times in a row. I have never had any bad situations happen at any of the schools I sub for so I am confused why I get removed so often from this one particular district. Any thoughts?
