I am doing 14-16hr IF + one 24 hour fast per month. Has anyone done something similar?

Question

I could lose a few pounds of fat but weight loss is not my main goal (female, 5'5, 134lbs). I don't personally want to feel restricted and stressed. I would love fasting to support energy levels, longevity / anti-aging, mental clarity, and physical well being.

I do want to start upping the monthly 24 hour to 36 and then 48 hour at some point, but this is my third month in a row of the 24 hour and I love how easeful it is.

Ive had issues in the past with depletion, hormones, and not eating enough, so for me personally I want to feel nourished and just at my best. I know a lot of people do quite extreme (in my perspective) fasting here - but can this more chill approach also yield benefits and has anyone gone the more chill path?

Thx!
