Wells Fargo to Wise USD account

Hi everyone! My client is paying me using her Wells Fargo account to my Wise USD account. We are not so sure what to use whether Express Send or wire transfer. May similar experience din po ba kayo with this? We wanted to transfer money in lesser fees maybe thru ACH. Can you share any steps to do it?
