SGOV vs. VBIL

SGOV and VBIL look very similar to me. VBIL costs less and it has a lower share price, but it also looks like it pays less? Is that because VBIL is so new? Or because it looks like that fund invests in AAA bonds as opposed to SGOV's investment grade bonds? I was ready to move money from FZDXX to SGOV and then I saw VBIL and was curious.
