Okay I just got a new car last month and had to wait for registration to come in the mail to upload it to Uber. What ever I did that 2 weeks ago and changed from a bike to car and submitted all the car information. They said it'll be a 3-5 day process once I submitted all the paperwork work. Ended up taking 2 weeks. Fast forward yesterday I check the status and it said all the documents were done which they were already done I was just waiting for the background check for 2 weeks. Which is already ridiculous. TODAY I finally reserved time to do Uber. I load the app in the car hit online and couldn't get on. After trying to figure out why. This ^(photo above) comes up. Idk why, I've had that photo for 3 years now never had an issue before and on top of that it didn't give me a prompt to take a photo of myself before getting online like it usually does once in a while.
( I think this is because I had it connected to my car, I'm not sure)
My point is why do I have to wait 24 hours. I'm here, I'm ready. Let me take a photo or get a real person on the phone. This is absolutely ridiculous. I trying to make money and Uber is actively trying to be nefarious and make sure I don't, on top of everything that's happened. Being inactive for a whole month is very stressful when you need to make more money. This is in Bronx, NY if anyone is wondering.

Uber are actively against you
