Broken links

In short, I scanned the QR code on Gigi's box and Janet's pin, both led to the game, but when it came time to claim the reward, the reward screen disappeared, and after a few minutes it reappeared. I already had it in my account, even though I didn't own it, so I wanted to know what to do to get Janet's pin and Gigi's box, since it wasn't my fault, but rather a broken link from Supercell.
