Minoxidil is turning me into a she-wolf

I started using it about 4 months ago and I shit you not, my body hair started growing before the hair on my head. Being an Arab girl my genes couldn't be more thrilled. The frustrating thing is I already spent a couple years using an at-home laser to remove or reduce most of the body hair that was bothering me, and it worked fantastic (light skin, dark hair). But now it's all coming back, with a vengeance. My eyebrows were already thick but now have double the real estate on my face lol and my hairline is also creeping down slowly but surely

Is it worth it to try the laser again or will it just keep growing back? Has anyone dealt with this issue? I'm considering electrolysis but I would need to be 100% sure it would win out over the Minoxidil before diving in.
