Bloodwork help

Hey all. I got back my results and I was wondering if I could get some advice on my levels.test was done one day before injecting

I take Enanthate 400mg/10ml 0.18ml every 10 days

Estradiol 269.4 pmol/l Progesteron 2.89 nmol/l Testosterone 5.2 nmol/l Free Testosterone 0.071 nmol/l Sex hormone-binding globulin 51.6 nmol/l
