Study and live in Leicester

Hello again. Sorry that i write the same post a second time i just want to get more answer. I am from Romania, 21(F) I am going to UK for study at the Leicester. I already know quite a lot about the university and about Leicester. But now I want to ask about the relationship, sex culture and the mentality of students and residents of Leicter. When it comes to these topics, are most conservative and traditionalists, or are there many open and liberal people?
