Accidentally speed ran act 2 on my first play through

So I just got to the first part of act 3, and have noticed I missed a lot of content. In act 2 I basically went right to moonrise towers then went to shars temple and freed the night song. Took down kethric, then after met Isabel for the first time at my camp. Noticed I missed a lot and did some minor exploring and took out the toll collector and surgeon knife guy. Then I just moved on. I’m wondering how bad I screwed myself over going into act 3?
