Spoiled Nestle GJ tube formula

Location: Spokane, WA

Curious about product liability, Nestle has been sending me rotten formula, and it's caused me a bunch of issues, including hospital visits and a surgical procedure. I'm formula fed by a gj tube.

Nestle won't take any accountability, and said they tested the product and it's good. They never tested what I have at my home. And I have a bunch of evidence against them.

They offered compensation then rescinded the offer after I sent an email stating the costs of everything. Saying they would only refund for the formula itself and no longer my medical bills or costs.

Just looking for help on what I should do, I have gastroparesis and this is my sole source of nutrition.
