Green screen on the bottom part of my iphone 15

I bought an Iphone 15 last year, has been working well so far.
I was using the phone just now and while using it suddenly started showing green lines on the bottom 2/3rds of the screen. It did not fall or get wet.
I tried force restarting and the green lines disappear when the apple logo appears but they reappear once the phone has booted up.
Is there anything I should try before going to the apple service center(I can only go there in the morning, it's late here)
