Me and my girlfriend are looking to move. Need advice on apartments.

Hi, my girlfriend and I are planning on moving to ABQ quite soon and we've neared it down to our top three apartments. I thought it would be a good idea to get some options from the people of Albuquerque on our choices.

We're looking at

Spring Park

La Mirage

and Arterra

Both my girlfriend and I would be new to ABQ so please let me know an concerns with any of these places and any fun things to do around here. Thank you so much!
