Had a weird dream was wondering if it meant anything

I dreamt that my teeth had grown horribly wrong, like there were teeth where there shouldn’t be teeth in my mouth, like huge molars everywhere bro it was kinda disturbing 😭. Like on the inside of my cheeks and from the sides of my gums I js had so many, but I was so convinced that these were my wisdom teeth, and I had to get them removed but I thought that it might so super expensive to get them all removed so I plucked them all out by myself, at the end my mouth was just covered in like wounds but throughout the whole process it didn’t hurt at all, it just felt super uncomfortable, but almost kind of satisfying when I plucked them out?? yea idk there was no pain or mental damage or anything like that just super curious as to what it might mean.
