Viscose benchmarks progress help

Hi aim experts,

I`m newbie to aim training, started a while a go, I have 15 hours in kovaacs, mostly Viscose benchmarks. They are fun to play, even though I`m fresh I can see they improved my aim in games.

As you can see on a screenshot I struggle a little bit with some scenarios, mostly:

Controlsphere Far, Far Larger 90%

Controlsphere OW Long Strafes 90%

tamTargetSwitch Smooth Easy

I can also see that my aim if far from being smooth. What is the best way to improve smoothness and in above scenarios?
