Heirs have no way to boost ship skills.

My first kid just turned 18 and I was really disappointed that there were no options to boost ship related skills during his development. It seems like they just didn’t add any new options for boosting ship skills as your heirs grow up.

We get a few options to boost ship skills in our character creator so why aren’t there any options for heirs?
