Account suspended after viral reels

Hi, hoping someone here has been through this. My Instagram account got temporarily suspended right after a couple of my reels went viral. I was about ten followers away from hitting 10k when it happened. I gained about 5k followers in a week. The suspension message says it is an account integrity issue and that I can appeal. It did not name any guideline violation, and none of my posts were removed.

My content is dog related. One video had cropped ears, so I got a lot of angry comments and some people probably reported it. I was also replying to a lot of comments because the reel was blowing up. I would just put emojis most of the time. I am wondering if that mix caused the system to flag me.

I already submitted the appeal. Has anyone had this type of suspension and gotten their account back? Any idea how long review usually takes?
