How have you guys been with creatine intake post-op?

I’m a month and 1 week post-op. Finally heading back to the gym. I’ve been going through past posts on comments and creatine but they’re much less here than they are in r/hairtransplant. For those that have taken it after their transplant, did you lose any hairs or you’re just fine?

Yes I’ve heard it’s a myth. I’ve read comments for some who say they lost hair. Just wanted to see how you guys have been with it post-op. Thanks yall
