Do I get the Best In Show paint l?

Was wondering if I still get the all the paint if I have the all 4 standalone (bis edition) in my hanger? Or do I need to have normal standalone without paint to get them from cig at the end of the IAE?

Pretty sure last year needed to have normal standalone but no statement about it for this time?
