Infinix ghost touch again and again 💔

Hello, is this normal for Infinix phones? Mine keeps experiencing ghost touches, and sometimes the screen doesn’t respond. When I turn the phone off and on again, it works fine, but the issue keeps coming back. It’s a small problem, but it becomes frustrating especially while I’m playing games. If you happen to know what might be causing this, I’d really appreciate your help. Thank you.
