TTC after coming off BC 1 year after laparoscopy

Hello. I’m just wondering if anyone can share their experience on TTC after coming off BC 1 year after laparoscopy. I got my lap 1 year ago and was not given a stage - was told there was nothing too bad, nothing stuck together and tubes etc looked perfect. I wasn’t ready to conceive so went on BC. Now came off it to TTC. Can anyone share there experience with this? How long it took etc? Any info welcomed! Thanks.
