My initial thoughts on season changes

I think the Mananomicon item could be VERY good, don't speak too early on that. Only problem is it would postpone either rylai or rabadon which is a huge issue.
Feats of strength removed, meaning Blessing of Noxus is removed (Buff upon winning feats gives between 1-18 ms scaling with level). Hopefully the tier 3 boots quest gives cassio the buff.
What happens if Cassio completes the quest while queued botlane?
Fae lights doesn't distribute vision control more equally among the 5 roles, it funnels more vision agency into the support role.
It feels like a bunch of buffs to late game scaling, it doesn't feel like they gave anyone a reason to pick a hail of blades champ to all in level 3. Less objectives to fight for later on as a team tho.
Quinn is going to be a huge problem
